I don't.  If he hadn't started it in the first place, he'd have

If he's THAT careless...20 years sounds just about right.

Considering that he didn't have to be all that bright in the first
place in order to pull this off, the question of carelessness is first
in my mind.  You don't give dangerous weapons to careless children.
