I logged in to xx on Friday night expecting to see a ton of tcp-ip
mail on the subject of the virus.  To my surprise, there were only a
few messages: the original by Keith Bostic and the couple by Clive
Dawson complaining about network unreachability.  I think the
propagation delays were largely due to the panic that ensued after
discovery of the virus; many sites just pulled the plug.  It wouldn't
have mattered which list you sent it to.
