I logged in to xx on Friday night expecting to see a ton of tcp-ip mail on the subject of the virus. To my surprise, there were only a few messages: the original by Keith Bostic and the couple by Clive Dawson complaining about network unreachability. I think the propagation delays were largely due to the panic that ensued after discovery of the virus; many sites just pulled the plug. It wouldn't have mattered which list you sent it to.
