From today's _Austin_American_Statesman_:

ITHACA, N.Y. -- A Cornell University Commission has concluded that graduate
student Robert Morris alone created the rogue computer program that infected
thousands of military and university computers in November, says the panel's
45-page report. Morris, 23, is on a leave of absence from Cornell's
doctoral program in computer science [I'll bet he is :-) ].

Cornell officials and members of the special panel are scheduled to discuss
their findings Monday Morning. Morris, of Arnold, Md., remains under
investigation by a federal grand jury in Syracuse and by the U.S. Justice
Department.
